The second American Conference on Pharmacometrics (ACoP) is scheduled to take place on October 4-7, 2009 at the Foxwoods Resort outside of Mystic, CT. ACoP is a U.S. national meeting focusing on all aspects of modeling and simulation in pharmacology and therapeutics. The first ACoP meeting in Tucson last year proved to be the premiere U.S. event for excellence and knowledge sharing in pharmacometrics, with international participation from academia, industry, and government sectors.
To ensure the continued success of this event, we are asking for financial support from the members of pharmaceutical industry, as well as independent service providers who support pharmacometrics, that we know will benefit directly from such a prestigious event. Your sponsorship is welcomed and needed, as we have an ambitious agenda with many opportunities for participants to share, network, and build knowledge. All sponsorships will help us to defray the overall costs associated with organizing and supporting the conference and will allow us to establish affordable registration fees for all participants, especially students and post-doctoral fellows, the future of our community.
Charter Sponsorships and Sponsorships earmarked to support specific conference events and expenses are available. The pages on this form outline these conference sponsorship opportunities, but ACoP will accept financial support in any amount. All sponsorships will be acknowledged and made prominently visible to conference participants. ACoP's business operations are organized and managed through ACoP, Inc., which is a non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.

ACoP 2009 Sponsorship Opportunities:
- Charter Sponsorships: ACoP recommends Charter Sponsorships beginning at the $500 level. Charter Sponsorships will be acknowledged in the conference program and on the ACoP website, and may be displayed in and around the conference areas. Please consider Charter Sponsorships at the $2,500, $5,000, $7,500, $10,000, or greater levels.
- Event Sponsorships: Your organization may wish to earmark sponsorship for a specific conference event or expense. These specific sponsorships will be acknowledged in the conference program and during the sponsored event/expense. A list of the events and anticipated expenses is on the sponsorship form.
